Normally the only time in the life of a citizen, that they actually touch the Home Stone: Vagabonds of Gor pg 303

• citizenship ceremony
• following oath of allegiance
• non performance, upon intellectual majority, of this ceremony, can be a cause for expulsion from the city
• rationale: community has the right to expect allegiance from it's members
